• Where is my download?Everything you have bought stays in your library permanently, including if a listing is later withdrawn from sale.
• When can I be refunded?The refund policy sets out exactly which cases qualify and in what form.

Choose Security above and tell us what you found. Please do not test against other people’s accounts, listings or payments. We will not pursue anyone who reports in good faith and gives us a reasonable chance to fix it first.
